Margaret Ballinger

Experience

Margaret joined Oak Associates, ltd. upon its founding more than 35 years ago. As Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for overseeing Oak’s compliance risk management and internal compliance reporting programs, as well as formulating and implementing Oak’s policies and procedures.

Prior to her career at Oak, Margaret worked with Jim Oelschlager in the Pension Investments Department at Firestone Tire & Rubber Company. Margaret has held multiple positions throughout her tenure at Oak before serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
